SB Engine gives you access to the leads, campaign performance, and billing information for the advertising work SB Marketing does on your behalf, as agreed in your separate client agreement.
Fees are calculated per the commission model and bands set out in your client agreement. Ad spend is billed directly by the advertising platform (Meta, Google) and is separate from any commission owed to SB Marketing.
Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.
Cancellation terms follow your signed client agreement. Where commission is charged monthly on a recurring contract, it stops immediately on cancellation or non-payment.
SB Engine reports on leads and figures as accurately as the underlying advertising platforms report them to us. We aren't liable for inaccuracies originating from Meta, Google, or another third-party platform.
